OWLS is an on line, self-assessment system for Vocational Education and Training (VET) Providers.
OWLS provides VET providers with a self-assessment framework that enables them to review and improve their training services. It has been designed to compliment and add value to existing quality assurance systems.
To find out more about "taking an OWLS perspective" download our brochure.
The original development of OWLS was supported by the Leonardo da Vinci Programme.

The system is currently available in 5 languages: English, Flemish, Icelandic, Lithuania and German.
We want to encourage different types of people who are interested in VET to work together to discuss how things can be improved. We want to promote debate as well as encourage people to communicate, exchange ideas and to collaborate with members of the OWLS Club.
Click here to join public discussion forums, to review other people‘s blogs and to collaborate with colleagues on private group work. You can request to join any group if there is a particular topic that interests you. We look forward to chatting with you!
As part of the OWLS project we‘re building our own Resource Library which will contain lots of useful multimedia resources.
The Resource Library will contain lots of useful reports, links, documents, copies of our newsletters etc... You can look at these resources and then provide us with some feedback. Let us know how you think we‘re doing so far!
You can also share your own resources with others and get their feedback. You can upload resources, links and other materials from your own work etc. Together, we will build up a really useful Resource Library that we can all share and benefit from.
